RETURNS WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We happily accept unworn products within 14 days from date of delivery on qualifying orders for a full refund, exchange or store credit.
Sale Products – All items purchased on sale are FINAL.
$1.00 Auctions – All items purchased via our $1.00 Auctions are FINAL unless otherwise specified.
Please be aware that returns are not accepted for earrings, swimwear or underwear in accordance to health regulations.
1: Contact us with the details of your return (Change of mind, size issue or fault).
2: We will advise you if the return is approved.
3: Return product(s) to us.
4: We will assess your returned product(s) within 10 business days (usually much quicker) and if found acceptable, will refund, exchange or provide store credit as previously agreed with you in step 2.
Remember, you are responsible for safely packaging your return to ensure we receive the product in as new condition.
WHO PAY’S FOR RETURNS POSTAGE?
If you change your mind or need to change size, you will need to pay for returns shipping both ways if/when applicable.
If an item is faulty Desiderate are responsible for returns shipping.
WHAT CAN I EXCHANGE FOR?
At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
You will be credited back to your original payment source: credit card, paypal or bank account.
